Marretje Gerretse Van Kouwenhoven was baptized on April 10, 1644 at Dutch Reformed Church, New Amsterdam, New York County, New York. She was the daughter of Gerret Wolfersen Van Kouwenhoven and Aeltje Cornelis Cool.

Baptism 10 April 1644 RDC Manhattan 1644 father Gerrit Wolfertszen, sponsors Wolfert Gerriszen, Pieter Wolfertszen, and two others one being given name Marretie surname maybe Philips.^[1]

Marretje married Coert Stevense Van Voorhees, son of Steven Coerts Van Voorhees and Aeltje Wessels, before 1664.

Marretje Gerretse Van Kouwenhoven died between 1702 and 1709.
